On March 21, 2018, ladies from around Ohio came to LunchWISE Wednesdays hosted by the Richland Area Chamber of Commerce to experience emPOWERed Women’s Self-Defense. We discussed thoughts and concerns related to self-protection, shared stories, and practiced easy-to-learn defenses to some common attacks. These inspiring ladies have so much power! I’m blessed to have met them!
